  • We do not sell or rent to anyone the information that you have entrusted to us;
  • We do not share your personal information with non-affiliated organizations for the purposes of solicitation;
  • We require any person or organization working with or on behalf of our organization to contractually commit to protect your information;
  • Because we do not sell personal information, we only categorize personal information as “active” or “inactive”.  As a result, all those classified as “active” supporters of AZRTL will receive appropriate contact.  We also honor requests to be removed from active status
  • You do not need to contact us to benefit from our privacy protections.

We may gather information about you from sources such as:

  • Forms you complete on our behalf (i.e. petitions, website response, event participation);

  • Your support for us, including payment detail and information necessary to enable reporting requirements.

We collect most of our information based on direct contact with those whom we share our vision and missions and those we serve.

Information We May Disclose

We work hard to protect the information we have about you, but sometimes it is necessary for us to share your information with others.  We may share personal information we have about you as required by law.  We may also share your information with like-minded third parties that perform services for us, or others who may need access to the information so that they may provide services to you.

We may work with outside organizations to assist us.  As a result, we may share certain information to support the accomplishing of the mission of the organization.  However, when we engage or partner with other parties to assist us, we require that they protect your personal information.  Further, we do not permit them to use or share your personal information for any purpose other than the work they are doing on our behalf or as required by law.  We treat the information of our current and former constituents in the same manner.

Generally, you have the right to review personal information we have about you.  So that we may protect your privacy and identity you must request this in writing.  We may require a fee for multiple copies of records you request.  We will not make available information we have collected in connection with or in anticipation of a legal proceeding.  If you believe that any of our records are not correct, you may notify us in writing of any corrections you believe should be made.  If you have questions about accessing or correcting your information, please direct them to:
